Returns and Replacements
- If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our reagents, you may return them to us for a refund or replacement, at our option. DiaCarta liability is limited to a refund or replacement, at our option.
- Returns, which are not caused by unsatisfactory product performance, must be made within 30 days of delivery and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returns or replacements cannot be accommodated for expired products. Contact your sales representative for return instructions.
